Our porcelain fused to metal crowns are fabricated using Ceramco 3 porcelain. For over forty years the Ceramco Crown has been a trusted name in the professional dental community. The Ceramco3 Porcelain System was created using input from the industry’s most trusted dental laboratories and dentists, as well as the latest technology in natural feldspathic porcelain manufacturing.

Cercon crown and bridge frameworks are made of yittrium-stabilized, transformation toughen zirconia, one of the strongest all-ceramic materials available with no compromise of esthetics. It has a flexural strength of 1,300 MPa. The zirconia coping is then layered with Ceramco PFZ porcelain, which is compatible with the classic shades as well as the 3-D Master Shades.

Cercon Zirconia crowns and bridges are ideal resorative solutions for the entire mouth. These restorations are biocompatible, have excellent porcelain bond strength and can be conventionally cemented or bonded.

Our ultra thin porcelain laminates are pressed from biocompatible lithium disilicate glass ceramic. The high flexural strength (400 MPa) allows the material to be finished to a very fine edge. The strength of this material, combined with the superior fit of a pressed restoration, make Lumident Aesthetic Veneers the best choice possible for creating true to life restorations, with minimal reduction of tooth structure. These restorations must be bonded.

Pressed from a lithium disilicate glass ceramic, these restorations provide excellent strength, opalescence and dependability. A flexural strength of 400 MPa allows the restorations to be placed in the anterior or posterior region, and can be used for a crown, inlay or onlay.

The material can also be used to fabricate three unit bridges with one pontic and not extending past the second premolar.

Our Procera copings are fabricated from densely sintered aluminum oxide. They provide excellent strength with all ceramic esthetics. Due to the strength of the core, the restorations can be conventionally cemented. With nearly 6 million units produced, and 10 years of clinical documentation, Procera crowns can be prescribed with confidence.

Lava copings are fabricated from a zirconium oxide material from 3M ESPE. With more than 25 years zirconia research and technology, 3M ESPE is a leader in providing quality materials to the dental industry. Because of its strength, Lava can also be used for bridge frameworks, and can be conventionally cemented.
